These Terms govern your use of CosmicSeeker (the "App") — a retro arcade shooter built on Solana. By installing, launching, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for its intended purpose: playing the game. You may not redistribute, modify, or commercialise the App.
The App authenticates you via a Solana wallet (Seed Vault on Seeker phones, or Phantom / Backpack / Solflare elsewhere) using the Mobile Wallet Adapter standard. Your wallet's public key is your account identifier.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase, and device. The App never asks for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone with access to your seed phrase can move your assets — protect it accordingly.
The shop accepts payment in $SKR — an SPL token on Solana mainnet. When you tap BUY, your wallet broadcasts a standard SPL transfer from your associated token account to the treasury address shown in-app. You authorise the transfer when you approve it in your wallet.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not control:
The App stores match outcomes (level reached, score, kills, mission progress, lifetime POINTS) on our backend, keyed to your wallet public key. This data powers the leaderboard and the daily-missions system.
Your in-game POINTS counter is a soft, game-internal currency — not a token, not redeemable for cash. Earned via level clears, shop purchases, and the "+100" bonus loot pickup.

We may suspend, throttle, or block wallet addresses found to be violating these rules. We may invalidate scores, missions, or POINTS earned through abuse.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. Levels, enemy balance, shop pricing, missions, and reward rates can be tuned at any time.
Use of the App depends on third-party infrastructure outside our control, including:
We are not responsible for outages, downtime, failed transactions, lost funds, or any other losses caused by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. The App may contain bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or digital assets (including $SKR, SOL, or any other tokens), arising from your use of the App or your participation in on-chain transactions.
You use the App at your own risk, including all risks related to blockchain transactions.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including suspected abuse, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
